OFIS member schools can now renew membership for the 2021 - 2022 school year! Although our membership year ends July 31st, 2021, renewing early allows you to enjoy ‘early bird’ discounts and rest easy knowing you will receive uninterrupted support as you prepare for and transition into the year ahead. Schools will also enjoy the added services and benefits sooner! Renewing early also allows us to better plan for the year ahead so we can do more to support our member schools.

More value for our members. We are striving to bring OFIS members even more value with their membership. Last year OFIS membership fees were frozen to support our schools at the onset of the COVID pandemic. For 2021 - 2022, fees have increased modestly to reflect the new services we are offering our members this year. See the updated fee schedule and learn more about what additional services and benefits members can expect in the year ahead.

Benefits for early renewal. In addition to enjoying early renewal discounts, schools will have early access to the premium resources from new partners included with your 2021-2022 membership at the time of renewal!

We’ve made it easy to renew! If your school is already registered through our online membership system, you can now renew your membership with just a few clicks! You can also renew now even if you do not yet have your updated required documents for the upcoming year (eg. NOI, insurance, etc.). Simply upload them to your account when you receive them! and If you need assistance, Aaron Crhak is here for tech support and happy to help, as always!

Get involved! We have seats open on the OFIS Board of Directors, as well as committee positions for upcoming development projects such as professional learning for teachers and advocacy initiatives. Please contact Amanda if you are interested and would like more information.

Choosing not to renew. If you are choosing not to renew your membership for the 2021-2022 school year, you must advise us in writing via email by June 30th, 2021. Please note that schools must be members in good standing as part of the criteria to advance through the membership levels successfully and access lower rates. Therefore, Silver/Gold/Platinum schools which choose to cancel their membership will lose their status and will have to apply at the Bronze level if they wish to join OFIS again in the future.
