Discounted Registration for WIHA Program Providers!

WIHA Program Providers get a special discounted rate when registering for the Healthy Aging Summit. The regular fee is $169 - but for you, it's discounted to $129. Simply use the code RPP2021 when you register to get the reduced rate.

Scholarships Available for Program Volunteers

We have several scholarships still available for program volunteers to attend the event. If you are interested in securing a volunteer scholarship or if you have questions, please contact Karen Beck at karen.beck@wihealthyaging.org.
- Continuing Education Credits -
New! Attention all NCHEC-certified Community Health Education Specialists (CHES)!

Category 1 Continuing Education Credit Hours (CECHs) are available for participating in the 2021 Healthy Aging Summit! You must be registered for and attend the Summit to receive up to 9 entry-level CHES category 1 CECHs. There is no additional cost for the credits. To apply, fill out the form at the link below.  

We will email you an evaluation to complete during the event which will serve as documentation of your attendance.

Continuing Education Credits

In addition to the continuing ed credits for Community Health Education Specialists, Summit participants will receive a total of 8.5 Continuing Education Hours from the UW-Stevens Point Dept. of Sociology. 

No application is necessary. Certificates of completion will be emailed to participants after the conference.
