The City’s contractor, K.J. Woods, conducted sewer line work and sewer lateral work on Corte Madera Ave., Throckmorton Ave. and Gardner St.
What is happening this week
K.J. Woods conducted the following:
Corte Madera Ave., West Blithedale Ave., and Gardner St.: Sewer line and sewer lateral work.
o Corte Madera Ave. underground work is completed up to Gardner St.
o Lovell Ave. underground work is completed.
o Gardner St. will be completed by the beginning of next week
Throckmorton Ave.: Pipe bursting work is complete from West Blithedale Ave. to Corte Madera Ave. Work from Corte Madera Ave. on Throckmorton Ave. is schedule soon. Sewer line work, and construction of a sanitary sewer manhole for Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) work.
What is happening in the upcoming weeks? *
K.J. Woods will conduct the following:
- Corte Madera Ave.: Closed-circuit TV inspection and sewer line work, which is estimated to continue to May 12.
- Throckmorton Ave.: Sewer line work is estimated to take place the week of May 18.
- West Blithedale Ave.: Potholing activities to obtain visual confirmation of utilities and underground obstructions near or crossing the planned trench area. Sewer line and sewer lateral work.
- Gardner St.: Closed-circuit TV inspection for CIPP work, which is estimated to take place the week of May 11 and May 18.
