The mainline pavement on the east half of Center Point Road is now complete from Coe Road to the north driveway at Aggie O’Shear’s.

A shallow gas main was discovered along the east side, north of F Avenue, which has postponed paving the driveways. MidAmerican Energy Company is scheduled to lower the gas main early this week so that driveway and sidewalk work can continue.

Traffic Pattern Shift This Week:

Southbound traffic will be shifted to the new pavement near F Avenue to allow removal of the pavement on the west side between Coe Road and F Avenue. The pavement will be removed in stages to maintain at least one driveway to access the businesses on that west side at all times.
