We miss them dearly - the smiling faces of our volunteer receptionists! But we took the opportunity on Tuesday - #NationalReceptionistsDay - to connect with several of them. 

Hopefully they will be back on the job soon so we can see those faces in person! #AnActiveFaith

On Saturday afternoon, "Pray Without Ceasing" featured its last session with a reflective time in the Memorial Garden. A beautiful day in a beautiful setting!

The Discipleship Committee created several stations with poems and other words of inspiration to prompt reflection.

Thanks to the people who took advantage of this opportunity to rest and reflect, and to enjoy our serene grounds.

The Contemporary Worship Service musicians continue to share new musical selections, expanding their repertoire to the enjoyment of our service attendees.

We are so appreciative of the leadership of David Macbeth, and the musicians who share their talents with us each week.

The sacrament of baptism is a special one, and on Sunday it was a family affair when McKenzie Pierce was baptized. Then Dayton Pierce, McKenzie's father, was also given the sacraments. Mom Khara participated in the ceremony, as well as their family and friends - and our congregation, via Facebook Live.

They were having too much fun to grab photos, but the small but mighty group that assembled on our church lawn Sunday afternoon enjoyed frosty treats, blowing bubbles, hula hoop-ing, and throwing a Frisbee with Associate Pastor of Formation and Justice Lindsey Altvater Clifton. A fine time was had by all!
