This email was received on Friday from Megan and Scott, the creators of 805agkids, who are working with the auction organizers on behalf of all youth.
Entries are now open  for this year’s Junior Livestock Virtual Auction and market shows. Before you enter, please read the following information: 
 
Exhibitors can enter starting July 31 through 5 pm on Friday, August 7. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY in case you run into questions or issues! 
 
NOTE: Have everything ready when you go to enter. Your market video and auction photo must be uploaded all at once.  You cannot go back another day to enter photos or videos.
 
Important reminders:
  • Be sure to watch the sample videos before making your own
  • Print and show the required entry card at the very beginning of your video, before showing the animal
  • Follow all Virtual Stock Show video requirements in your video 
  • Do not edit your video, add overlays, or include any identifying information
  • Auction photo: Must be horizontal and include the exhibitor in uniform, with their animal
  • Proof of YQCA completion may be required at entry. Have the pdf file ready to go. Make sure it’s also been sent to cgarmon@venturacountyfair.org.
 
Again, have everything ready before going online to enter in the events.   Entries must be received by 5 pm on Friday, August 7.

Entries do not get emailed to us or anyone else. They must be uploaded to Virtual Stock Show's platform, using the link above.
