New Discretionary Grants Fund

A new top up fund for small businesses has been launched for Luton businesses.

Businesses must have less than 50 employees, and they must also be able to demonstrate that they have seen a significant drop in income due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Applications will be open until 10 June and if there are any funds left a second window of applications will be opened up.

These grants are primarily aimed at small and micro businesses, with relatively high ongoing fixed property-related costs and be able to show they have suffered a significant fall in income. Also able to apply are businesses which occupy property, or part of a property, with a rateable value or annual rent or annual mortgage payments below £51,000.

These grants are being administered through Luton Borough Council. Find out how to apply HERE.
