FAPRI outlook suggests high commodity prices may not last


The Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute (FAPRI) at the University of Missouri recently released an August 2022 update to their yearly baseline outlook report that provides an economic outlook of the food and agriculture industry. The update from the center located at the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources includes the impact of current events, such as the war between Russia and Ukraine, on the markets’ trends and projections.  READ MORE

Neutral Foods raises $12m to expand carbon-neutral dairy products


Neutral Foods, the first carbon neutral food company in the United States that debuted nationally in 2021 with organic milk products now available in more than 2,000 grocery stores from coast to coast, has announced a $12 million first round of Series A funding.  READ MORE

This ADSA Discover ConferenceSM will inform some of the latest research on the nutritional and health promoting aspects of milk and cheese. The overarching goals of this conference are to provide attendees with the following opportunities:
       Access to the latest science-based information from dairy science experts
       Engage with production and dairy foods colleagues in the cheese sector
       Gain access to evidence-based messaging about dairy

Proposed Conference Themes include:
       Role of major milk nutrients in a healthy human diet
       Health aspects of milk and milk components
       Cheese to deliver nutritional and healthy benefits

Who Should Attend?
