The health, safety and welfare of our property owners, residents, employees, visitors and businesses are priority one for Hot Springs Village. We encourage social distancing or sheltering in place to prevent COVID19 from spreading in our community.
Many of our local businesses offer delivery, online ordering, gift certificates and other creative methods to serve their customers while maintaining safe distancing. Please support these businesses.
Today, Gov. Asa Hutchinson said that he has signed an executive order extending the state of emergency for 45 days
. He also announced that the restrictions for out-of-state travelers who are not from COVID-19 hot spots are lifted.
Hutchinson said that Arkansas is at 3,496 cases, of which 2,050 have recovered. Of those, 89 people are hospitalized and 16 are on ventilators. There have been 83 deaths in Arkansas.

A statewide map is available that shows national, state and county numbers in regards to COVID-19. As of May 5 at 2:30 p.m., the United States deaths attributed to COVID-19 are 70,110.

Coronado Community Center Library
The Coronado Community Center Library is making plans to reopen in the near future. There is a need for masks for library volunteers.

Saline & Garland Counties
As of Thursday, 67 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Saline County and 1,316 have tested negative. Of those testing positive, 53 have recovered. The total number of people who have died in Saline County remains at one.
In Garland County, 117 people have tested positive for COVID-19 and 2,228 have tested negative. Of the people infected, 106 have recovered. There have been no deaths resulting from Garland County cases.
