VIRTUAL COMMUNITY WORKSHOP

PURPOSE: This workshop shall be held pursuant to Resolution 2018-14 which requires that potential developers make a presentation before the public regarding their potential development projects for the purpose of discussing the project parameters and characteristics in a public meeting.

During the virtual community workshop, a presentation will be made of the proposed development and there will be time for questions and answers.

LOCATION: This meeting will be conducted using a teleconferencing platform and will be broadcast live on our Facebook page and website (links below.) Members of the public may participate virtually. To provide public comments, please refer to the options provided below:

  1. Public Comments Form (option 1): Submit your public comments using our Public Comments Online Form. Forms received prior to the meeting will be read during public comments. Forms received after the meeting start time will remain part of the record and meeting minutes. 
  2. Public Comments Live (option 2): to provide real-time, audible public comments during the meeting, please register with GoToWebinar (see box below.) Once registered, attendees will receive the GoToWebinar session information and call-in telephone numbers for those wishing to use a telephone. Telephone attendees may not participate in public comment as the system has no way to mute or unmute. Attendees wishing to speak during public comment time must use the GoToWebinar application on their desktop, laptop, or smart device. If unable to participate through the webinar, please submit your public comment using option 1 described above. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered participants with information about joining the webinar. Confirmation emails are personalized and should therefore not be shared.
