The Cooking Corner
This week we asked pastry chef extraordinaire and Chopped veteran, Frederick Aquino , for a fantastic summer-time recipe and he delivered. Here's what he had to say:

"I love this recipe! It's very versatile and you can use and soft herbs you like. I personally love basil and thyme, and you can also switch out the lime for lemon. I've even made a version with strawberries and grapefruit! One bite and you'll feel like you've been transported to a tropical island!"
