Dear : It's always a good time to recognize and acknowledge your coach, but it's especially important now. Your coaches are working hard behind the scenes to bring back Masters workouts in ways that are safe, fun, and fulfilling for everyone. Please help us celebrate Coach Appreciation Week May 4-10.

USMS partners are also offering all members and coaches up to 35% off swim and dryland gear, nutrition products, and more through May 10! Visit this page for details and discounts codes.

My name is Melanie Heath, and I am a Master's student at the University of Texas at Austin. I work in the Cardiovascular Aging Research Laboratory that Dr. Hirofumi Tanaka directs. We have been studying the Masters athlete population, as we have been studying the influence of lifelong history of regular, competitive, exercise on cardiovascular functions. As a next step of investigations, we would like to research sexual function and satisfaction in Masters swimmers to see the impact of lifelong swimming on this important but underemphasized topic.

We would like you to be a participant in our study. Please   proceed to the provided link tocomplete the anonymous questionnaire. We will be comparing the USMS data to the general public data that the AARP has collected.

Note: These questions pertain to when you were swimming actively before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thank you in advance for your time and participation.
