Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your
soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.
And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

Matthew 22:37-39

Important Athletics Updates

  • Full practices and fall tryouts will not be held until at least July. If the GHSA does open things up in July, we will need to hold tryouts for fall varsity sports immediately. Please try to plan your summer calendar accordingly.

  • You may go ahead and begin updating your student’s PRIVIT information that will be required when we return. All required forms are found in PRIVIT and may be digitally filled out and signed. This will be a much easier process this year for returning students. You can access PRIVIT HERE.

  • The GHSA has announced that students who had physicals on file for the 19-20 school year will not be required to have new 20-21 physicals until July 27th. Beginning July 27th, all athletes will be required to have a physical dated April 1, 2020 or after. Students that did not have a physical during the 19-20 school year will be required to have a physical before participating in any athletic activities. Remember, physical forms should be downloaded directly to your PRIVIT account.

  • Registration for fall youth sports is now available on the school website and in this edition of the Wolverine Weekly.

Here are some important reminders about the on-campus conditioning that will begin tomorrow:

  • Make sure your coach has you assigned to a workout group. Please contact your respective coach about your intent to participate if you haven’t already.

  • Please do not show up more than ten minutes before your scheduled workout times. Wait outside your assigned workout area until your coach lets you in.

  • Come dressed. Locker rooms are off-limits.

  • Bring your own water. I suggest at least one gallon.

  • Bring a mask. Coaches and athletes will be required to wear masks when inside.

  • When your session is over, please leave campus. Our intent is to prevent crossover interaction between different groups.

  • You must stay with your assigned group for the duration of this phase of conditioning.

  • Do not attend if you have had a fever or other Covid-19 symptoms in the last week.
