The Texas Public Charter School Association
TPCSA is sharing some great news: A new report released by TPCSA shows that public charter schools are helping improve academic outcomes for students across the state — ­regardless of whether those children attend a public charter school or a district school.

Favorite Aristoi memory: When the 10th grade boys in Mr. Slowey's Rhetoric class said, "That's deep!" to every sentence Mr. Slowey read from Aristotle's rhetoric book. Mr. Slowey told us, "Guys, stop saying, 'That's deep!' to everything I say!" And, the 15+ boys said in response, "That's deep!".

Plans after Aristoi: Thomas plans to attend Houston Community College and get a job at a local retail store.
