Dear Seniors, Senior Parents, Faculty and Staff,
Earlier this week seniors and their parents were asked if they would like to move the date of graduation up due to the fact that many colleges and universities have adjusted their calendars and many students will be leaving prior to our August graduation date. Five dates were offered for consideration and the results have been tallied.
Seniors, please mark your calendars for Thursday, July 9 at 6 p.m. On this date and at this time you will receive your diploma! One way or another you are going to receive the recognition you deserve!
Parents, faculty and staff please know we are awaiting the communication from the Wisconsin Department of Instruction on June 30 before we can make final arrangements. The graduation may be in person or it may be a drive-up graduation. We will communicate with you in early July regarding details.
As expressed in my original letter inviting seniors and their parents to select the date they would prefer, I understand that a change in date is not ideal. Please know this is a year of doing the best we can given some very challenging situations.
I look forward to seeing everyone on July 9 and celebrating with the Class of 2020!
