Thank you for choosing Madbury Properties for the 2021-2022 school year! As we approach the end of our current lease term and the beginning of our next, we will be sending a series of important communications to our valued future Residents. These emails are designed to give you the information you need to ensure a smooth move-in process. See below for details regarding lease dates and move-in schedules.
Lease Start Date: June 13, 2021
This is the date that your unit will be available for occupancy. We unfortunately cannot allow and will not approve of any early move-in dates. We operate within a limited time frame to prepare a large number of units, working with our in-house team and third-party vendors day and night to ensure they meet our rigorous standards for move in. This does not allow for flexibility of move-in dates.

Additional details about the move-in process will be shared in future communications. This will include procedures on move-in day as well as what you should and should not bring to your new apartment. Be sure to check out your property's website for more detailed move-in information as the lease start date approaches.
