The Mid-Summer Parent Update on Facebook Live will be held on Tuesday, July 21 at 7:00pm. Please submit questions to [email protected].  Email questions will be answered at the event, as well as the Re-opening survey results.  

NEW SCCS TEACHER SPOTLIGHT   
Ms. Meghan Harrington is a new fifth grade teacher with SCCS. She graduated from Edison High School and is a recent graduate of Bowling Green State University. She is the youngest of seven children and her father graduated from SMCC! Meghan loves spending time with her family, enjoys baking, and is getting married in October. Meghan is excited to start her teacher career with the Panther Family!

It has been a tradition at SMCC to have an Annual Art Show. This year, high school Art Teacher, Steve Kelley, created a Virtual Art Show of artwork from senior Art IV students. "It has been my privilege to watch these students grow and develop their talents. I hope you enjoy their artwork as much as I have enjoyed  watching them make it," Mr. Kelley said.
 
IMPORTANT 2020-2021 ENROLLMENT REMINDER
All families attending SCCS this fall MUST complete their online enrollment through FinalForms as soon as possible. ATTENTION FREE AND REDUCED LUNCH FAMILIES
Pandemic EBT cards should be in the mail this week. You can call the Ohio Jobs and Family Services number at 1-866-244-0071 for information regarding the cards. Please do not call our local JFS.
 
SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM 
Text Summer Meals to 97779 to receive a list of available Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) sites in your area. This service is provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and updated weekly. For verified information on approved sites, text the USDA number or call 1-866-3-HUNGRY (866-348-6479). The Summer Food Service Program ensures children ages 18 and under continue to receive nutritious meals during the summer break from school, when they do not have access to school breakfasts or lunches.
 
2020-2021 TUITION CONTRACTS 
Tuition Contracts for the 2020-2021 school year will continue to be mailed home throughout the summer. Please be sure to review, sign and select either full payment or FACTS payment on the back of the contract. Contracts may be returned by mail or dropped off at school Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-12:30pm beginning July 13.

FACTS PAYMENT REGISTRATION
If you chose  FACTS  tuition payments on your tuition contract,   please sign on or register a new account on to the FACTS web site by clicking here. After the agreement is finalized,  FACTS  will send an email to confirm and notify you of the date the $45.00  enrollment  fee will be deducted from the bank account or credit card provided.  If you have any questions, please call  FACTS  at 1-866-441-4637. The SCCS school number is 2279. 

PRESCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NEWS
   
PANTHER ELEMENTARY CROSS COUNTRY 
The Panther Elementary Cross Country Program is a running club that introduces children to the sport of running and living a healthy life style. Students will participate in fun run races at SCCS Junior High and High School Cross Country events. The season starts in late August and runs through early October.
