Reporting of Non-Billable Days for Occupancy Adjustment Calculation:
Please note that the Department of Health is reissuing the Non-Billable Days Survey that was previously issued on May 29, 2020. This survey is used to adjust the Occupancy Adjustment calculation for the period beginning July 1, 2020, which will be used to adjust the Supervised IRA and ICF/IID operating rates to account for vacant bed days. Some providers may not see any change in the information on their agency’s survey. If you have already submitted your agency’s survey, they ask that you complete and submit the re-issued survey. The deadline for submission of the surveys has been extended to June 23, 2020.
