Have you received your COVID-19 vaccination(s)? If not, now is the time to do so!
You can get vaccinated by calling the Student Health & Counseling Center at 262-595-2366 to make an appointment. Or you can visit https://www.vaccines.gov/search to find a vaccination clinic near you.
Also, if you haven’t uploaded your vaccination records yet, please do so by following the directions in the video below.

By uploading your records, we can track the percentage of the UW-Parkside community that has been fully vaccinated (similar to what is being tracked at the local and state level). This information will be used to determine when and how to adjust campus requirements related to COVID-19 mitigation (i.e., mask-wearing and social distancing).
To date, approximately 120 of our 500+ employees have uploaded their vaccination records to UW-Parkside’s private MyChart portal. This is the electronic medical records system maintained by the Student Health Center. Once verified, individuals who have uploaded their vaccination records are exempt from UW System’s current bi-weekly COVID-19 testing requirements for all employees working on campus.

Construction on Campus
Phase I of the utility tunnel project is anticipated to conclude May 25, 2021. Fencing and preparations for Phase II of the project have begun. Please be advised of the following information for Phase II below, and attached reference map.
Phase II:
Work will begin May 26, 2021, and is noted on the Tunnel Phase II map. The work areas are indicated in blue. The red areas indicate road closures on campus. Access to the Tallent Hall parking lot will be via the north entry road (indicated in orange on the attached map). Access to the Tallent Hall west (main) entrance will be restricted from the Tallent Hall parking lot. Employees working or students taking classes in Tallent Hall will need to enter through the east entrance noted by a green circle on the map. Visitors to Tallent Hall and those coming to the community COVID-19 testing site should park in the parking lot outlined in yellow and follow the sidewalk (indicated in green) to the west entrance of Tallent Hall. Construction around Tallent Hall is expected to conclude June 25, 2021.
Parkside Boulevard will be closed for the duration of Phase II. Traffic coming into campus will enter off of County HWY JR and follow University Drive around to the north to access the housing and Student Center parking lots. Traffic exiting campus will follow University Drive to the west and exit onto County HWY JR. This route is indicated on the attached map in light blue. Construction around Parkside Boulevard is expected to conclude August 11, 2021.

Parkside Athletics and Nexus Pharmaceuticals are thrilled to announce a multi-year partnership in support of RangerVision 2020, Director of Athletics Andrew Gavin announced today. The partnership is highlighted by the creation of The Nexus Courtside Club and the launch of the Nexus Name-A-Seat Campaign.
The Nexus Name-A-Seat Campaign begins on Monday, May 24 and will run through July 31. Fans, alumni, and donors can donate $500 to name a chairback seat in De Simone Gymnasium ($750 to name two seats). To show their support of RangerVision 2020, Nexus Pharmaceuticals will match every seat donation during the campaign, up to $25,000, in support of the De Simone Gymnasium Enhancement.

2021 marks the 27th presentation of the Parkside National Print Exhibition and over thirty years since the first show opened at UW-Parkside. For three decades, the PNPE has shown some of the finest examples of original prints from artists nationwide, and it is one of the longest-running competitive print exhibitions in the Midwest.
