WAITING FOR THE RAINBOW...
What's true is that we are headed in a new direction. What may feel uncertain is, are we going in the right direction? We may also be asking, how long will this journey around and through the coronavirus last? Who, What, When, Why, Where do we find comfort and certainty?
"A rainbow is a sign of blessing for your ventures, those close to you, and yourself. It is a powerful sign and it can be seen as a message from the Universe or Spirit that you are headed in the right direction. Much like the biblical meaning or symbolism, it signifies an end to difficulty and despair."

The spring season brings RAIN. And what we sometimes find at the end of a gentle rainfall or an earth shattering storm are RAINBOWS. We hope that as you are navigating each day that you find a variety of ways to breathe hope and inspiration into your life and the lives of those around you. May each rainbow you see be a reminder that we will reach an end to this difficult venture. We'll reach it together .

Questions remain around "When will Wisconsin re-open?" or "How long will we be SAFER AT HOME?". As we learn and gather new information and resources, we will continue to share those resources and current news updates with our chamber partners and our community.

We will continue to rally together and seek out ways to lift up our co-workers, neighbors and family members. This brief story about a teacher and balloons is a simple reminder of how we will do it.

BORROWED FROM FACEBOOK: SUPERDADS ONLINE

A teacher brought balloons to school and asked the children to blow them all up and then each write their names on their balloon. They tossed all the balloons into the hall while the teacher mixed them from one end to the other. The teacher then gave them 5 minutes to find the balloon with their name on it. The children ran around, looking frantically but as the time ran out - nobody had found their own balloon…

Then the teacher told them to take the balloon closest to them and give it to the person who’s name was on it. In less than 2 minutes everyone had their own balloon.

Finally the teacher said,
“Balloons are like happiness. No one will find it looking for theirs only.
Instead if everyone cares about each others they will find theirs as quickly as possible.”

We wish you the best as we remain SAFER AT HOME. We encourage you to search for the rainbows & look for the balloons with someone else's name on it. Because...

We are all in this TOGETHER!
