It seems like our minds are always traveling at a million miles a minute, constantly living in the future, worrying about what we have left to do in the day, weeks, months.


My mind often gets that way, especially as I am working on a few new projects at once in my life.


I often need to remind myself to stop and take a break. And when I do... magic!


Suddenly all my worries seem silly, it feels easier to breathe, and it's easy to be grateful for all the goodness in my life.


Mindfulness is something we could all benefit from practicing as often as possible.
