MOH Recipient Sammy L. Davis Speaks At DCHS
DCHS had the honor of spending the day with Medal Of Honor Recipient, SGT. Sammy L. Davis. SGT. Davis was presented with the Medal Of Honor by U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson on November 19, 1968. To read more about SGT. Davis, click HERE. SGT. Davis and his wife Dixie spend much of their time traveling across the country speaking to students, troops, and many others. Class of 2021 Senior Walk
On Friday May 21st, the Class of 2021 took part in the annual Senior Walk. After making their way through the halls at each of the schools, Trenton Ministry Center provided lunch for the students. The day concluded at the DCHS gymnasium where the students participated in Class Night activities.
Dade Middle School Has Got Talent

Davis Students Had A Bubbly Blast

Dollar General Donates Books To DES

DMS Students Receive NASA HUNCH Awards
NASA HUNCH Project Manager, Bob Zeek and DCS Director of Technology Innovation, Shenea Hill recently presented NASA HUNCH Awards to students at Dade Middle School. Students were recognized for their design skills by the following teachers: Mr. Wil Martin, Video Production; Ms. Brandi Gann, Art; and Mr. Jimmy Gallman, Engineering. Congratulations to the NASA HUNCH students!
DCHS Graduation Information
Dade County High School will host graduation on Friday, May 28th at 7PM. Due to COVID-19 restrictions being lifted, there are no limitations on the number of family members students may invite. The event will be held at Magic Morgan Stadium and visitors will be permitted to sit on either side of the stadium bleachers. DCHS To Host Summer Basketball Camp
The DCHS basketball program will be hosting a basketball camp for kids in grades K – 8 June 7-9 from 9AM until noon. Cost of the camp cost is $50 and all participants will receive a FREE t-shirt. Please make checks payable to DCHS. The concession stand will be available during breaks for kids to purchase snacks. Please fill out the information HERE so that coaches can plan accordingly. The Star Wars Cafe Made Its Way To DCHS
Ms. Kendra Belcher and her students opened the Star Wars Cafe. Menu items included Nub Nub sausage balls, Han Solo casserole, Darth Roast coffee, and more. Congratulations to Ms. Belcher and her students for using real-life experiences in the classroom!
