The cultivation of patience infuses us with the ability of confidence and abilities to know that all is not permanent, and all is perhaps not what it seems. Equanimity is cultivated and we suffer less, and we create space to thrive.
During the session, we will explore the concepts of suffering, happiness and patience and we will rest, breathe, and meditate.
