2022 has been a busy year so far for Bailey Fisher: moving offices, launching our new website and welcoming two new faces to the team.
Despite economic concerns, UK tech is thriving, and we've seen the Deep Tech and Life Sciences sectors in particular going from strength to strength. Hiring the most impactful talent remains the top priority for business leaders, and one of the greatest barriers to growth for start-ups and scale-ups. We're finding that people are now more willing to make a move than they were in 2021, but to stay ahead in today's increasingly competitive market, making your business an attractive proposition is more important than ever. Purpose is a strong factor as people are looking to make an impact in realising a low-energy, low-carbon future.
It's great to be in our new offices at Crome Lea Business Park, sharing the park with CMR Surgical and NFU. As we settle in, we're preparing to celebrate our 25th anniversary next year - watch this space.
