Applications for a second payment of the Small and Medium Enterprise Relaunch Grant for businesses operating in areas where new health measures have been implemented is now open.

The Government of Alberta has committed up to $200 million in funding for the program.
The program provides a one-time payment to organizations that saw a 40% revenue reduction in April or May 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grant funding amounts are calculated based on 15% of the eligible organization’s pre-COVID-19 monthly revenue up to a maximum of $5,000 per business, cooperative or non-profit organization.
Applications will be open until March 31, 2021 unless otherwise communicated.
Faith-Based and Cultural Facility Relaunch Grant

2021 Membership Renewal Invoices
Renewal invoices for 2021 will be sent out by email in the coming days. For the inaugural year of the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber, we offered a 25% inaugural year discount for membership dues. The reason for this was to ease the unified members into the new Chamber.

For 2021, we recognize the hardship which has faced many of our members with managing COVID-19, and for that reason, we are going to continue offering a 25% discount in 2021. This will be visible on invoice renewals as the Resilience and Recovery Discount

Invoices are able to be paid by credit card, debit, and cheque. VISA and MasterCard can be accepted by phone: 780-963-4545, or online by logging into your Member Information Centre here: www.business.gprchamber.ca/login

Chair's Blog
The month of November is traditionally called the transitional month. After Halloween and the Remembrance Day weekend, its preparation time for the Holiday Season at the end of the year. Unfortunately, this Holiday Season may not be as cheerful for many people, including some of our member business owners and operators.

As your Chamber, we are very mindful of the increased challenges before us and this drives us to be even more active in our community to help our members through these difficult times.
