CELEBRATE MOTHER'S DAY WITH US!
SUNDAY, MAY 9
Please join us at 8:30am or 10am for worship on Mother's Day. We will have these beautiful flowers to give as gifts to all women, a photo opportunity, and our kids will be making gifts for mom at 10am in the Life Center during Sunday School. We hope to see many of you!
CONCERT & PICNIC ON THE LAWN
SATURDAY, MAY 8 at 5:30PM
All are invited! Messiah Fine Arts Ministry is celebrating 25 years and 65 shows! This special concert will feature songs from many past shows, performed by the very same actors who were in the actual shows! Join us on Saturday, May 8 at 5:30pm on the South Lawn. Bring a chair and/or blanket and a picnic dinner. Then just sit back, relax and enjoy the entertainment! The concert is free, but a $10 suggested donation per person will support the Fine Arts Ministry. 25th Anniversary t-shirts will be on sale for $10 each. They will also have a raffle with some great prizes! Don't miss this family-friendly evening. Bring friends!

MAY SERVICE PROJECT
SUPPORTING PLACENTIA NAVIGATION CENTER
Our May service project will support residents at Placentia Navigation Center (run by PATH - People Assisting the Homeless). The residents are in need of new clothes. We have several cards available with the requested item and size. Each resident has 3-4 cards. You may take any number of cards you'd like. Please purchase new, unwashed items and deliver them in a shopping bag with the matching card attached. You may bring items on Sunday mornings or Mondays at our Drive Thru between 9-11am by Tuesday, June 1st (our Monday Drive Thru will be on Tuesday due to Memorial Day on Monday, May 31). Pick up cards beginning this Sunday, May 2. Thank you for being a blessing to someone in need.

Join us for traditional worship at 8:30am or contemporary worship at 10am. Child Care is available during services in the Life Center for children under age 5.

Messiah Kids Sunday School for pre-K-5th graders is in the Life Center at 10am.

Student Ministries for 6th-12th graders is in the Youth Center at 10am.

DRIVE THRU MONDAYS
Thanks to these volunteers from our COFFEE MINISTRY for hosting our Drive Thru this week. They celebrated May the 4th with a Star Wars theme, sold Fair Trade Coffee and collected donations for Caring Hands food Pantry. Thank you for your support. They feed hundreds of families each week and this is only possible because of you!

This summer's VBS is going to be a FORCE-filled week with God's love and tons of fun! Registration is now open! Ages Pre-K-6th grade are invited to participate. Our early bird price is $40 per child during the month of May. Don't delay to sign up as space is limited. We are also in need of volunteers!
DIGNITY BASKETS
Thanks to everyone who donated dignity baskets for our April serve project! They picked them up this week and could barely fit all 20 of them into the car! Your donations will be helping local families in need. Thank you for being the hands of God.

SUNDAY ALTAR FLOWERS
Would you like to dedicate a beautiful flower arrangement in honor of a special date? You may choose any available Sunday to have your flowers displayed on the altar at the 8:30am and 10am services. Your dedication message will be displayed on the screens during both services. You may take the flowers home after the 10am service or you may pick them up on Monday from the Church Office.
