Senior Cap/Gown & Yearbook Distribution*

May 8th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Enter the Montpelier Avenue entrance & exit the campus via the back road to the Fine Arts center. 

Seniors should have their name written in large print on paper, poster board, or cardboard for easy identification and service to your car. No one may exit their car for cap/gown and yearbook retrieval. 

*Students with unpaid balances on their cap/gown or yearbook will not be able to receive them until the entire balance has been paid.
Yearbook Distribution for Underclassmen

Sophomores & Juniors - May 11th, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
ENTER from Montpelier Avenue entrance. 
10th and 11th grade students will drive to the back of the building 
at the bus loading area on the main campus. 
Students should have their name written in large print on paper, poster board, or cardboard for easy identification and service 
to your car. No one may exit their car for yearbook retrieval. 

Freshmen - May 11th, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
ENTER from Brooklyn Avenue (Hwy41) entrance. 
9th grade students will drive to the bus loop at 
the entrance of freshman campus. 
Students should have their name written in large print on paper, poster board, or cardboard for easy identification and service
to your car. No one may exit their car for yearbook retrieval. 



Chromebook Collection
May 18-22, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The return location is the main
entrance on the main office.

Textbook Collection
May 18 & 19, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The return location is the student entrance doors on the main campus. 

Library Book Collection
May 18 & 19, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The return location is the student entrance doors on the main campus. 
 
Return of Uniforms, Equipment, & Instruments

Chorus
May 18, 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
Students will use back door to the chorus room on the main campus.

Band
May 19, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Students will use the back door to the band room on the main campus. 

JROTC
May 20, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Students will report to the JROTC room on the MCAC campus.

Athletics
See specific instructions from your coach.
How to Retrieve Personal Belongings
from Classrooms/Lockers

If a student has personal items still left in the building
please complete this Google Form.

Once the Google Form request is reviewed by an administrator, retrieval appointments may be made for May 21 & 22, 2020
You will be contacted with a date and time. 

NOTE: Based on Georgia Department of Public Health guidelines, student items will be determined if essential or non-essential. 
Non-essential items will not be considered for retrieval and will need to be picked up at a later date.

Grab 'n Go Snacks & Dinners

The Boys & Girls Club of Central Georgia will be serving Grab 'n Go snacks
& dinners for kids ages 1-18 years 
of age (21 yrs old w/special needs) 
Monday-Friday at the Club. 
Please help spread the word. 
This is open for the entire community, not just the Boys & Girls Club members. Kids must be present during
