To all ELUMs...

The team for the NIH grant that researched the impact of ELAM and the two AAMC programs - Deborah Helitzer (ELAM '10), Shine Chang, Diane Magrane (ELAM '03 and Emerita Director, '08-'16), Sharon Newbill, Michele Guindani, and Page Morahan (ELAM Founder) - is pleased to report the publishing of the last of the research supported by this grant. The paper in Journal of Women's Health reports that the programs had a positive effect on academic promotion of participants from Assistant to Associate Professor, and from Associate to Full Professor.

We thank ALL of you for all you are doing, in informal and formal leadership roles, to advance gender equity in academic health centers.
