Family COVID Update
5.13.2020
Dear Residents & Families,

Thank you everyone. We appreciate your ongoing support in helping us protect your loved ones.

COVID-19 TESTING
As of today, we have no positive or suspected cases of COVID-19 in our Bainbridge Senior Living communities.

Our staff is actively monitoring residents and employees for symptoms or circumstances that seem to match those related to COVID-19. We are implementing best practices for cleaning and sanitizing our communities.

COMMUNITY UPDATE
The chart below from the Department of Health shows hospitalizations for those with COVID-like illness here in Washington. Typically, respiratory illnesses make up a larger proportion of hospitalizations among children compared to adults, but current rates are not much higher for children than they were during the peak of last year’s flu. In contrast, the percentage of hospitalizations among adults far exceeds levels observed during the 2019 influenza season.

Don’t stop washing your hands.
With Gratitude,
Morgan Rohrbach
President and CEO

PS - I’m always available for the Bainbridge Senior Living family. If you have questions for a specific community, also feel free to reach out to the appropriate Executive Director.
