It's that time! Submit your City Council district map proposal for consideration by the January 31, 2022, deadline.
The next important date is a redistricting workshop, Wednesday, February 16, 5:30 p.m. At the workshop, we will:
- review and discuss draft maps
- discuss the election sequence
- select a final map for adoption

Land used for industry is key to the economic vitality of the City. Industrial land provides local job opportunities and taxes to support City services. Preserving existing industrial parks and optimizing remaining industrial lands will support the City’s economic prosperity, offer job opportunities to the community, and preserve the quality of life in Morgan Hill.
City staff plans to bring forward Zoning Code amendments and an Industrial Ordinance and proposes a new Industrial Lands Preservation and Optimization Policy.
