BIGFOOT: I grew up running in this park and know these trails like the back of my big hands.  Salt Fork State Park and I are like peas and carrots. My advice for newer trail runners is to relax your shoulders and remember to swing your arms. I am looking forward to seeing yinz at the race. I kinda blend in a bit but I will be there watching. You know, it gets a little lonely down these parts. So, if you are a hugger, don’t be shy, I am one too!

Crooked River Trail Runners hosts group runs in the CVNP every Thursday at 6:30 pm.

This week we will meetup at the Oak Hill Trailhead and run the Plateau Trail clockwise (down the old road). This is Route 4 in our CRTR AllTrails List.
