How much exercise do I need?
According to the CDC, it is recommended for adults aged 18-64 to aim for at least 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity activity such as brisk walking, and at least 2 days a week of activities that strengthen muscles.
For adults 65+, it is recommended to aim for at least 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity activity such as brisk walking, at least 2 days a week of activities that strengthen muscles, and activities to improve balance such as standing on one foot as able.
