Loving Note from Your Pastors
Sometimes, it seems like we just get used to something, the way things are, and they change. In this time of coronoavirus, that is more true than ever. After we have adjusted to safe practices, social distancing, not assembling, using Zoom, watching church online, things may begin to change once more.
Whatever comes, we are preparing ourselves, and we will do everything we can to engage with you about decisions to re-open safely. At this point, we have a working team that is working on this. A survey was sent out and your feedback is being compiled and reviewed. We do not have a clear timeline, process or protocols – we are working on that, waiting for the right information and consulting with MCC denominationally, and our friends and neighbors.
Whatever comes, we will continue to be church together – now that we know we have more tools than ever to successfully be present with each other. Whatever comes, God is with us! Jesus is present among us. Whatever comes, we will love and respect and support each other. You can count on that.
Grace, Love and Peace,
Rev. Vickie Miller | Rev. Dr. Nancy Wilson
