COVID-19 Congregational Update
After consideration of UUA recommendations and the reopening protocols from the State of NH, the UUCM Board has voted to extend the closure of our building until further notice, and will reassess the situation in August. We are contacting individuals for a COVID-19 Reopening Task Force that will advise the Board on our next steps, such as allowing small gatherings in the Shelley Garden, and the decision on when it will be safe for ALL of us to gather in the Sanctuary for worship. This decision is supported by our incoming minister, Rev. Shayna Appel.
This extension necessitates holding our Annual Meeting virtually on Zoom, which is planned for
July 12, 2020 at 12:30 pm
. Business to be conducted at the meeting will be limited to items that are essential to begin the new church year, i.e., election of Board members and officers, members of the Trustees and Congregational Development Committee, and approval of the budget. A

he Call To Meeting will be posted on the doors of our building, emailed to members who use email, and sent by US Mail to members who don’t use email. It will also be posted on the UUCM website.
The Finance Committee will be hosting two Budget Discussion meetings on Zoom before the Annual Meeting. These meetings are planned for

. Please plan on attending one of these meetings if you have any questions or concerns about the proposed budget, which will be made available for review before these meetings.
