Bmoor Updated

A bi-weekly email to keep our church family & friends updated
There's So Much Happening this Week!
Our Beauty From The Ashes capital campaign officially kicked off on Easter Sunday and for the last several weeks we have been sharing the vision for restoring our church campus through testimonial and informational videos.

THIS Sunday is Ministry Sunday and you'll get to see how many ministries are thriving at Broadmoor through a special procession and video during worship. With your support these ministries will continue to make Beauty From The Ashes.
Another part of our Beauty From The Ashes campaign is a 4-week devotional that began last week. You can find all four weeks of the self-guided devotional in the recently mailed campaign booklet or on our website. Details of Week 2 will be emailed Sunday to those on our mailing list.

Looking for any other details about the Beauty From The Ashes plan? Click on the link below to read a letter from Rev. Donnie Wilkinson, check out the campaign booklet, and see renderings of the restoration plans.

Celebrate Senior Sunday
this Sunday, May 2
Broadmoor United Methodist's graduating high school seniors will be recognized this Sunday during both 11:00 a.m. worship services, in
the Sanctuary and Casual Worship Center. Our four Endowment Committee scholarship winners will also be honored. Please join us in celebrating these young people!
Bmoor Open Table

Meet Rev. Tom Cook 12-12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6 for Bmoor Open Table, our drive-thru celebration of communion. Pull up to the west transept from Mollylea Drive. This is a great way to enjoy the blessed sacrament of communion if you're not yet ready for in-person worship or simply cannot make it on a Sunday.

Offer Your Gifts to the Lord
You don't have to wait until Sundays to give your gifts to the Lord. You don't even have to worship in-person!
God is working through the church and you no matter what day it is or where you are. Because of the generosity of folks like you, we have been able to feed over 30,000 hungry people at Red Stick Together and provide weekly online worship experiences to thousands not ready or able to meet in-person. Please continue to support the mission and ministries of Broadmoor United Methodist through your gifts. You can give safely and securely online HERE or via text by texting BMOOR to 73256 and following the prompts. We are grateful for your generosity!
