Join us for our State of the City Virtual Luncheon with Mayor Ann Womer Benjamin and Superintendent, Mike Roberto. The event will be livestreamed and recorded by Community Focus on March 3, 2021. To Go lunches will be available for pick up at The Aurora Inn on the morning of the event. Questions for the Mayor and Superintendent can be submitted before or during the event.

Every year Leadership Portage County identifies a select group of leaders and potential leaders in Portage County. They come together as a 'class' to experience opportunities for personal and professional growth. In addition to exploring leadership in general, specific emphasis is placed on community leadership. Program participants 'go behind the scenes' in Portage County to gain a deeper understanding of the community where they live and work. The ultimate goal is to create positive change in Portage County by stimulating increased interest in community involvement and building a network of informed committed and dynamic leaders.

The Portage County Safety Council FY21 Virtual Safety Council program meets on Zoom every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month (except for the holidays), 11:00am-12:00pm.

At Family and Community Services Inc, we continue to monitor the development and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to continue to keep the community up-to-date on program updates and changes without overwhelming you with too much superfluous information. F&CS provides services such as food, shelter, transportation, and counseling services.
