Hello,
Hey Cardinal Ritter Alumni, this year we celebrate the classes of 1972, 77, 82, 87, 92, 97, and 2012. We have had many alumni attend 5 reunions so far and we are getting ready for 92, and 2012. I have been so impressed with the turnout of 72, 77, 82- (my Class), and 97!….We have had wonderful times and have reminisced about many things….seen the additions to the school, and have shared great memories and enjoyed each other. Social media doesn’t replace shaking hands and hugging an actual classmate. I am looking forward to the other classes yet to come. If you haven’t RSVP’d to your reunion that hasn’t happened yet, please go on our website at Cardinalritter.org and go to the alumni tag and find your class Facebook page and sign up. If the class is having their reunion offsite from the school, look on Facebook
to see where and when it is, and if you have any questions you can email me at
jmelton@cardinalritter.org. I am present at every reunion whether at the school or off-site to help facilitate whatever needs you have.
We just had our annual alumni golf outing on Saturday September 24 th the day after our Homecoming football game, where our alumni enjoyed great food and camaraderie. Many people attended and we had a great time….and we look forward to seeing more of you there next year, so please try to come out and support our Raiders!
Please help us update our Alumni database with correct information so we can keep up with you on upcoming events and what great things our alumni here at Cardinal Ritter are doing. We would love to hear about your accomplishments, as well as your children’s….their families…..everything we can brag about from our family here at Cardinal Ritter, and it is very important part about keeping CRHS in the know. We do and have done great things here at Cardinal Ritter and we want people to know about it! Again you can reach me at:
jmelton@cardianalritter.org. or crhsalumni@cardinalritter.org,
to give us any updates that we can share with our group. We want to get our alumni participating and involved to increase awareness to all of the wonderful things happening at our alma mater.
There is a statement that always rings in my brain is “well, you know what I would do to make things better”, well now is the time to get involved! If you have wonderful ideas then……..DO! I love Cardinal Ritter High School, and we need all of our alumni base to get involved to continue what Cardinal Joseph E. Ritter stood for…”Miles Christi Sum”, I am a soldier of Christ! Sr. Rita ALWAYS told us “Good Better
Best, Never let it Rest, until the Good is Better, and the Better is Best!”
God Bless and Go Raiders!
