COVID-19 UPDATES Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware are now in GREEN phase

i2 Security Solutions is fortunate to provide an essential service for our customers, as defined by the Governor's office listing of life sustaining businesses. We’ve remained open during the pandemic to support our customers who also operate life sustaining businesses and organizations.   Although the state of Pennsylvania has lifted the most stringent restrictions, we will continue to operate safely and always consider the safety of our employees and customers. Below are important health guidelines that we continue to follow: Our field personnel carry hand sanitizer that will be used prior to entering your property. If possible, they are instructed to wash their hands once on-site, and again upon leaving. We appreciate the use of your facilities for hand washing, if possible. Our dispatcher is instructed to ask all customers requiring onsite service if there are any employees at work that are not feeling well and have a fever. We will also ask if anyone currently has or had the Coronavirus. If the answer to these questions are yes, we reserve the right to not come on-site. In certain situations, as a precaution, we may request assistance from someone at your facility to assist in troubleshooting an issue prior to dispatching someone to be on-site. In respect of social distancing guidelines, our technicians will not shake hands with anyone on-site and will obey the government’s 6-foot distancing guidelines, to every extent possible.

COVID-19 Downtime A Business's Worst Enemy Can Be Idle Time! Our team has kept busy! We’ve taken advantage of COVID-19 related business slow down and downtime by expanding our services and educating our team.    Alarm Monitoring Central Station We joined the team at Rapid Response and their award winning Alarm Monitoring Central Station and selected Bosch intrusion alarm panels and equipment. Soon we will be offering intrusion systems with 24/7 monitoring.                 Manufacturer Training and Certification courses All of our installation and service people took advantage of online certification and/or product training classes for various manufacturers, including Avigilon (Video), Bosch (Alarm), and Hanwha (Video). We also provided in-house CPR training for our employees in June. The training focus was on CPR, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogens

By combining several different technologies to offer a completely hands-free experience, parking space property owners are providing a much better parking experience. License Plate Recognition of one of the hands-free technologies available today. LPR readers are cameras that read a vehicles license plate tag and eliminate the need to physically touch anything.You can also book parking reservations online and then scan or present your smartphone for entry into parking lots and garages.

Customer Spotlight

i2 Security was awarded contract to deliver and install Avigilon cameras at the North Delaware Avenue refinery location. All cameras will be installed outside and on the perimeter of the location. Some cameras will be wireless and we’ll use Fluid Mesh Transmitters and Receivers to accomplish this.
