Funds for Connection Initiative
Can you help a transition age youth maintain their recovery in behavioral and mental wellness?

Kentucky Partnership for Families and Children, Inc. (KPFC) is partnering with Transition Age Youth Launching Realized Dreams (TAYLRD) to provide basic cell phones with data plans and hotspots to transition age youth across the Commonwealth, so that they have access to behavioral health services via telehealth. Many of these young people are homeless, live in poverty and/or live in rural areas of Kentucky where connectivity may be difficult.

THE BREAK DOWN:
1 Smartphone = $25-$30
1 Mobile Hot spot Device = $150
1 Data Plan = $45/month

KPFC is Moving!
Kentucky Partnership for Families and Children, INC. (KPFC) will be moving during the month of June to it's new home at 600 Teton Trail in Frankfort, KY. The new office has a nice size parking lot, a training space that is handicap accessible, a meeting room, and chill room for when you need a break! We are so excited to have this new space and look forward to sharing more as we get things setup!
