EDUCATION SESSION #1186
GLOBAL WEBINAR
Art as a Team Development Tool

Hosted by the 100WF Geneva Education Committee
How do leaders at financial services institutions maintain employee engagement and team morale in the face of distance between co-workers due to working from home during COVID-19?

Some companies counteract the limited interaction among colleagues by contacting employees and inviting them to participate in social virtual meetings. These opportunities re-initiate or strengthen the cohesion between those who have worked face-to-face, those who have worked remotely and those who have been on part-time redundancy.

Art develops team spirit reconstruction, according to coach and artist A. Rosenwasser. Learn how team leaders can create bespoke solutions, positive momentum and reinforce agile management in the crisis (after)math.

Send your questions to edugen@100women.org by Tuesday, June 23, 2020 or submit them during the webinar. Please have two pieces of paper and a pen with you during the session.

Born in 1967 in Israel, Anat Rosenwasser lives in Switzerland since 1969 where she began her professional life with a degree in Economics at the University of Lausanne, and various professional experiences within corporate as well as science world. In1998 she discovered painting. She choose to professionalize her skills as a painter and group facilitator, allying her passion for painting and human relations.
