Thank you so much for your leadership in the 22nd Baptist World Congress. After many long months and years of planning and preparing, we are grateful that the Lord has seen this Congress to completion.
This historic Congress included:

146 countries, the most globally diverse Congress in the history of the BWA

105 hours of unique Congress content
- More resources than ever before in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish
Even more important is that in the midst of an ongoing global pandemic, we were able to come together in worship of Jesus Christ as one Baptist family and in a recommitment to living out God’s mission in our world today. As one leader from Chile wrote, “I am filled with emotions, tears in my eyes, and a heart of worship.” Another from Trinidad and Tobago noted, “Praise God, I have been blessed abundantly. My faith has been renewed, my hope restored, and my passion for mission and justice reinvigorated.” Another Congress participant commented, “I am totally inspired and motivated to run the course… May God make us a truly united family to accomplish all that he would have us to do. We are the church. We are all missionaries. W are strong together.”
As a key contributor and leader in this Congress, you are part of this historic moment that has helped renew faith and encourage holistic Gospel witness among the nations. You and more than 350 other Baptist leaders from more than 70 countries contributed to this incredible Congress. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You helped make a real and significant difference around the world. We are pleased to announce the content will remain available on our virtual platform until December, so your contributions will continue to be a blessing to Congress participants.
In the midst of COVID restrictions, technology challenges, and ongoing significant ministry, work, and family responsibilities during this season, thank you for helping play a role in leading, teaching, hosting, moderating, reading, singing, facilitating, translating, dancing, praying, recruiting, commenting, and, above all, setting aside the time and investing into your worldwide Baptist family. You are a blessing!
