Although we are in a pandemic, Clark and Associates is able to help you safely move your litigation forward including offering remote videography services via our screen recording platform. The screen recording allows us to video tape your witness and allows you to question the witness as if you were in the room!

We make this very simple for our clients. The screen will record your witness and we will edit your video per usual. Simply call or email us to let us know you would like to set up an “screen recording video-taped deposition” and we will take care of the rest!

Here is what we can do for you:

  • We will call your witness for testing prior to your remote deposition to ensure their technology is working properly.

  • We will send you an email reminder to upload potential exhibits to our office for your remote deposition.

  • The morning of the deposition, our office (with permission) will send an exhibit link to all parties attending the deposition.
