Did you know that Site Coordinators are one of four cornerstones of the NDFSCS model, and these individuals extend the capacity of schools with dedicated time to seek out meaningful programs and services that support students, families, and school communities across twelve areas of support, from the expanse of the full behavioral health continuum of care to workforce readiness and mentoring or youth development.
This year, B-HERO interviewed two ND Site Coordinators, Beth Houser with Solen-Cannon Ball School District, and Amber Lockhart with Northern Cass School District, to highlight their successes, experiences, and most rewarding aspects of their roles.
