  • It’s time for a St. Patty’s Day $50 giveaway! Check their Facebook page for more details.
  • They started serving burgers and oven fried hand cut fries daily!

Pat McCoy; First United Methodist Church:
  • The First United Methodist playground and sheltered picnic area, which are located across from the library, is now open to all.
  • They continue to have in-person 9am Sunday Worship Services which is live streamed and recorded on their Facebook.

Chuck McFate; First Presbyterian Church/Daylight Defenders:
  • The Daylight Defender Lions Club encourages everyone to check out 2 things for your spring and summer activities: Friends of the Brown Mansion “Derby Day” May 1st 2021 and a visit to the Coffeyville Air Heritage Museum. 
  • There will be a Lenten Study each Wednesday at 10:00 am.
  • The thrift store is open from 9am-3pm each Thursday.
  • Shoutout to the City for the handling of roads during the bad weather.

Bob York; ReAwakening, Commissioner:
  • The Union Pacific Pocket Park will be located at 8th and Elm. They will not be using up any parking spots, but will put up a fence with an archway. They are looking for stories or photos regarding anything Union Pacific history. For more information, contact the ReAwakening office at 620-252-5861.
  • Thanks to the city staff for all you do. They worked hard during the recent cold snap to help Coffeyville.
Lisa Brookover; Ambassador:
  • The Air Museum is looking to open in April. It will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm-4pm. They are in desperate need of volunteers!!

Christine Lefever; Cooperative Credit Union:
  • They have new auto loans rates right now starting at 1.99 W.A.C. and anyone living within a 100 mile radius of Coffeyville qualifies for membership.

Lee Ann Stein;  Coffeyville Public Library;
  • They put out a survey on Facebook and are passing out a physical copy to patrons to fill out and return. The purpose is to get patrons input on services during Covid.
  • They are now allowing patrons to make appointments to use the computers.

  • They are gearing up for KGGF radio's 5th annual Interstate Farm and Home Show March 26th and 27th at Nellis Hall.
  • Brown Mansion Tours have started back up on Tuesday-Saturday.

Jaime Grant; Coffeyville Recreation Commission:
  • They are in need of coaches for soccer and flag football.
  • Baseball and Softball registrations have started. Deadline: March 26, 2021
  • CRC is celebrating 75 years in Coffeyville. Did you know we were the first rec center in Kansas?

Connie Miller; Walnut Street Boutique & Event Center
  • Saturday will be a sidewalk sale of our winter items to make room for the spring and summer collection.
  • Our next teen dance will be a Spring Fling on March 27th.
  • CCU booked the event center for their Annual Meeting. We would love to book your event too!

Kasey Hoggatt; Chamber of Commerce:
  • Need a new headshot? Schedule your time now! March 9th and 10th from 10am-5:30pm. Call the Chamber at 620-251-2550 or email [email protected]. They are only $10 for Chamber members! If you just need a new headshot, but are not a member, they are $40.
  • We will be started back up our in person CNN's every week starting in April. Sign up to host a CNN at your business. It's a great way to showcase your business to the community!

  • Brown Mansion tours start back up in March. Volunteers needed for Brown Mansion, Dalton Defenders & Coffeyville Museum and the Air museum.
