Solutions for FUNctional Independence
START WITH YOU!
Greetings!
We are grateful to each of you for the important role that you play in making Mobility Service Dog- West Coast Project flow and go! So as we go into the Thanksgiving holiday, we are setting a huge goal: to raise enough money in a single day to train and transition our next three mobility service dogs— that is $20,000 and we can’t achieve it without you.

Each year on #GivingTuesday, nonprofit organizations rally their supporters for a day of maximum impact. Following the retail events of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday provides an opportunity for people around the world to support what matters most to them and share that support with their social media networks.

Please consider joining the charge to reach our transformative goal on December 3. And, since #GivingTuesday relies on the limitless potential of social media, don’t forget to share, tag us, and use the hashtags #GivingTuesday , #TurnYourTuesday, and #MobilityServiceDogs .

From all of us at Mobility Service Dog-West Coast Project, thank you for your support— on #GivingTuesday and every single day you help to enable our mission.

May your Thanksgiving holiday be joyful, safe, and spent in the company of those you love.

In gratitude,

Janie Heinrich

Service Dog Team Spotlight
Monty and Berta
Monty worked with our service dog trainer, Anna, for a few months before flying to Florida to work with his puppy raiser, Berta.

Monty and Berta have just started working with a service dog trainer in Florida. He is your typical teenage poodle! He knows all of his commands, likes to roll his eyes, and loves the warm South Florida climate. He is playful around the swimming pool, and we are hoping he jumps in soon to enjoy the water!

Berta is pawsitively amazing! She jumped in with two feet, taking Monty everywhere with her from Lowe's to the supermarket and social engagements. She even makes homemade dog treats out of peanut butter, oats, and pumpkin that have caught young Monty's eye!
Shout out to this dynamic duo Rasta and Andre for passing their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test!
Ruff! Ruff!
A bark-out to our
