About this workshop:

We will practice expressing and connecting to our bodies in celebration, mourning and enjoying the beauty of the needs to deepen our internal experience. While anyone can enjoy this session, basic understanding of observations, feelings, needs and requests will enhance the experience.

About Susan Wildin:

Susan Wildin was trained as a developmental and behavioral pediatrician and stopped practice to raise her own child. After attending several workshops in Nonviolent Communication starting in 2007, she became passionate about sharing the process with others. NVC gives her hope that humanity can learn to live in harmony, partnering with one another to meet the fundamental needs of all people.
