CA Office of Emergency Services and CMA
The Office of Emergency Services has partnered with the California Medical Association to distribute millions of units of PPE to medical practices that are encountering challenges securing adequate supply, and those experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic. 

As part of CMA’s continued PPE Relief efforts, the Association has developed a new online ordering portal where practices can easily order the specific PPE they need, in the quantities that best suit their practice size.

The PPE Relief portal will streamline the access, supply, process and payment to those organizations seeking to augment their PPE inventory. 
Pay only minimal shipping and handling - The PPE is FREE. Once your account is created and you have entered the required physician headcount, you may continue ordering monthly based on your tier. The following PPE supplies is available for physician practices (shipping costs noted):

  • BYD N95 Respirators (960 masks per case; 48 cartons of 20) - $40.00 shipping per case
  • BYD 3-Ply Surgical Masks ASTM Level 2 (2,000 masks per case; 40 cartons of 50) - $30.00 shipping per case
  • Isolation Gowns (150 gowns per case; 10 bags of 15) - $20.00 shipping per case
  • DJM Brand Face Shields (200 per case; individually wrapped) - $20.00 shipping per case
  • Kundal Hand Sanitizer 16.9 oz pump bottle (20 bottles per case) - $25.00 shipping per case
  • CleanClide Sanitizer Wipes – 400 7-inch wipes per tub (4 tubs per case) - $25.00 shipping per case
  • Plastic Goggles w/stretch band (120 per case) - $25.00 shipping per case
  • CTI Brand Hooded Coveralls (50 per case) - $20.00 shipping per case 

PPE Order FAQs
What will my practice/I, as a physician, need to know in order to create an account in the new portal? The group’s NPI number or the solo/small physician's NPI number, and the license number for each physician in the practice.

Can my practice order as many times as I would like?
There is a 30-day waiting period between orders.

How can my practice pay for the shipping cost of my order?
Credit card through the secure online portal only. No checks, no PayPal or Venmo.

Are SCMA/MLCMS still taking orders through the Excel spreadsheet order form?
No. All orders by practices now need to be made through the CMA portal.
