Westchase District Community Fund Launches

Businesses Post Deals On Bounce Back Westchase

Salata's 10898 Westheimer Road location is on bouncebackwestchase.com.

More than 40 businesses have signed up to provide offers to customers on bouncebackwestchase.com which recently launched. Bounce Back Westchase is a campaign in which businesses in Westchase can post offers in the following categories:
restaurants; business services; service companies; non-profit; general retail; arts entertainment and hospitality; manufacturing and distribution; communications; health, wellness and beauty; and financial.

Located in the Westchase Shopping Center at
2675 Wilcrest Dr., Torchy's Tacos is offering free queso with a purchase.
Minuteman Press Westchase created the campaign to help businesses recover from COVID-19 economic downturn. For instance, users can see $10 kids haircuts at Supercuts on the website which introduces customers to special offers. "Everybody needs help and whatever we can do to support business goes a long way," said Paul Rayner, franchise owner of Minuteman Press Westchase.

While bouncebackwestchase.com provides an easy way for businesses to upload and promote their offers, customers can sign up just as quickly to receive weekly emails.
Bakeries, apartment living communities, and courier services are other examples of businesses offering deals.

Join today, and help business bounce back together!

Westheimer Improvements Underway

A new sidewalk in front of Woodlake Square Shopping Center enhances the pedestrian experience.

It's a project more than ten years in the making. Construction began in February on Westchase District's $16 million project to transform Westheimer Road.

When the Westchase District Board of Directors created its long-range plan in 2006, one of the six actionable goals was to "transform streets into more attractive and convenient places." Today, that goal is being realized in two separate multi-million dollar projects: the complete rebuild of Walnut Bend Lane and the Westheimer Streetscapes project.
