IPAC+ Resource Library for long-term care facilities (LTCFs) and retirement homes (RHs) (HTML) - LTCFs and RHs can refer to this list of tools to assess infection prevention and control (IPAC) preparedness and access resources to support the implementation of evidence-based IPAC practices in their settings.IPAC+ is an initiative led by the Knowledge Translation Program at St. Michael's Hospital, Unity Health Toronto, in partnership with over 15 institutions (see here)

n collaboration with the Ontario Caregiver Organization, the Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto presents this free webinar designed for family caregivers to learn about frailty. Older adults living with frailty rely considerable on their family caregivers. We reached out to these caregivers and listened to their current challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.
