On Saturday, May 8, we were grateful to have many volunteers come out and paint the exterior of the home. Our volunteers put two coats of paint on this entire house in one day! We had members of Lantana YMSL, the DFW Tuskegee University Alumni Club, the Habitat Build Committee, our future homeowners, and many other community volunteers helping us paint. THANK YOU!
The sheet rock was also installed inside the home in early May - see photos for details. With all the rooms defined, it's really starting to look like a home!
This home is being completed in record time, thanks to all your efforts. It is estimated to be completed by the end of June.
